GJTS Leaderboard update
We are three events in to the Greater Joliet Tour Season and there are already some close contenders in points. The Dog Bowl was an unsanctioned doubles event, Fraction Run Cup was a PDGA C-Tier singles event and the Tournament Director Team Challenge was an unsanctioned match play team event. The next events to earn points is the Werk Force Brewing Open, followed by the 19th New Lenox Open. Will there be a major shift in the leaderboard? Players are fighting their way through the Greater Joliet Tour Season and earning points to be able to compete in the GJTS Finals! The top 4 finishers (including ties for 4th place) will compete in an unsanctioned CASH PAYOUT round at Trinity Links on Sunday October 29th. Divisions with more than 8 players will receive $500 for 1st place, $250 for 2nd, $150 for 3rd and $100 for 4th. Divisions with 8 players or less will receive $250 for 1st, $125 for 2nd, $75 for 3rd and $50 for 4th. Trophies will be awarded to the top three of each division and presented at The Dellys on Friday November 3rd.
